Michael A. Cipolone Jr., 68, of Claysville, died at 10:04 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2005, in Canonsburg General Hospital. He had been ill since March 2002. He was born October 20, 1936, in Pittsburgh, a son of Michael A. and Anna A. Laugelli Cipolone. Mr. Cipolone was a graduate of Shadyside Academy and a self-employed used car wholesaler. He enjoyed horseback riding and listening to Pirates baseball. On November 24, 1984, he married Sue Sprowls, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Robin Ford of Claysville, Gary Johnson of New Castle and Michael Cipolone of Washington; five daughters, Cathy Harding of Washington, Marianne Hartman of Maryland, Adriene Bruno of Upper St. Clair, Holly Sanders of Bailey, N.C., and Tracy Pascoe of Claysville; two sisters, Anna Marie McCracken of Bethel Park and Adele Bowser of Canonsburg; and 20 grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m., the time of service, Wednesday, September 28, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Thomas D. Hamilton officiating.
