Laborer at Tri-State Engineering
Richard Charles "Bo" "Judge" Allum, 55, of Washington, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 6, 2006, in his home.
He was born February 28, 1951, in Washington, a son of James Arthur and Lois Jean Mansfield Allum.
Mr. Allum was a 1969 graduate of Washington High School and worked as a laborer at Tri-State Engineering.
He attended St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church, Washington, and enjoyed music and all sports.
Surviving are a sister, Leslie Ann Zacour, and a niece, Ashley Zacour, both of Washington.
Deceased are three brothers, James Raymond Allum and two who died in infancy.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 until 8 p.m., the time of service, Wednesday, August 9, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Bob Baker officiating.
