Rebecca Jean "Becky" Richardson, 53, of Canton, Georgia, formerly of Washington, died Wednesday, September 22, 2010, in Donnell House.
She was born June 26, 1957, in Terre Haute, Indiana, a daughter of Dr. James (Barbara) Richardson of Washington and Judith Van Vactor Prophit of Brownsburg, Indiana.
Becky graduated from Trinity High School in 1975 and Ivy School of Art in 1979. For the past 31 years, she has worked as a systems analyst for Sprint.
Becky was an avid reader with an extensive library and enjoyed scary toys, horror movies, and vintage cars, especially antique hearses.
Surviving, in addition to her parents and stepmother, are her husband, Richard L. Bissell, Sr., a brother, James R. (Melissa) Richardson, M.D. of Venetia; four sisters, Pamela Richardson of Boise, Idaho, Amanda Richardson of Sharpsville, Tammy Conklin of Washington, and Tracy (Michael) Hritz of Washington; four nephews; and three nieces.
