Cyrus E. Kelley, Sr., 82, of Washington, died on Thursday, July 27, 2017, in Transitions Health Care. He was born on August 4, 1934, in Washington, a son of the late John A. and Ruth Elizabeth Grandon Kelley. He was retired from Pleiger Plastics Company. Mr. Kelley was a member of Kingwood Apostolic Church. On December 13, 1963, he married Barbara J. Hannen, who died on September 5, 2012. Surviving are two daughters, Judy Caldwell, of Washington, and Lisa (Roger) Adams, of Clarksville; three brothers, Leroy Kelley, of West Alexander, Richard (Hannah) Kelley, of Claysville, and Lawrence (Mary) Kelley, of Washington; grandchildren, Stacey (JR) Martin, of Virginia, James (Amanda) Rush, of Washington, Amy (Gary) Norris, of West Virginia, Amanda (Shane) Alton, of Charleroi, April (Jonathan) Snyder, of Charleroi, Alison Adams, of Clarksville, Matthew (Jola) Schmidt, of Maryland, Brian (Shelly) Schmidt, of Bulger, Justin (Amy) Schmidt, of West Virginia, Desiree (Brandon) Bertram, of Canonsburg, Michael Johnston, of Washington, Christal (Joe) Harring, of Washington; twenty-two great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and a daughter-in-law, Cathy Kelley, of Washington. Deceased are brothers, John, Jim, Tommy, and Bobby Kelley; a sister, Catherine; two sons, Gary and Cyrus Kelley, Jr.; a daughter, Bonnie Johnston, and a grandchild, Brady Bertram. Friends will be received on Sunday, July 30, 2017, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 31, 2017, with Pastor A.C. Mann officiating.
