David Edward Arblaster, 91, of Washington, died on Monday, June 5, 2017, in Transitions Health Care.
He was born on December 9, 1925, in Washington, a son of the late Rev. John E. Arblaster, and Olive Means Arblaster.
A 1944 graduate of Trinity High School, he was a member of Christian Missionary Alliance.
Mr. Arblaster had worked for Banberry Manufacturing, as a steel fitter for the Fort Pitt Bridge Works, and for more than forty years as an electrician for Rice Electric.
David enjoyed camping, working on electric motors and generators, and built an electric organ for his wife.
On July 24, 1954, he married Barbara June Clutter, who survives.
Deceased are a son, David Christopher Arblaster; four brothers, John, Paul, Robert and Thomas Arblaster; and three sisters, Lois Skinner, Lucille Yescalis, and Mary Skinner.
Friends will be received on Thursday, June 8, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes., Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA, with Rev. James Newman and Rev. C.D. Croscutt co-officiating.
Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
