Charlotte Esther Evans, 78, of North Franklin Township went home to be with her Lord on Easter, Sunday, April 16, 2017. She was born November 14, 1939 in Washington, the daughter of the late Carl Joseph Wagner and Claudia Esther Zinko Wagner. Mrs. Evans was a 1957 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. In 1990, she received certificated in computer programing from Community College of Southwestern Pennsylvania. After graduation, she worked at Harper Feed Mill in Washington for 3 years, RCA in Meadowlands for 10 years, then became a stay-at-home mom for 17 years. She then returned to the workforce with a job at Kurtz Monument for 3 years and later retired from All Ways Moving and Storage, where she was Vice-President and General Manager for 25 years. Charlotte enjoyed her retirement. She loved watching Wheel of Fortune, computer games and working the crossword puzzle of the Observer Reporter. She was married July 31, 1965 to Karl Edward Evans, who is deceased. She is survived by their children, Richard and wife, Tiffany Evans of Westland, MI, David Evans of West Alexander and Sharyn and husband, Howard Gregg of McMurray, a grandson Devan of Florida; two brothers, Bob and wife, Carol Wagner and David and wife, Debbie Wagner. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Friendship Community Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G.
