Mary Lou McNansky, 62 of Washington, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Donnell House. She was born October 30, 1954 in Indiana, PA, the daughter of the late John and Frances Phillips Kozletsky. Mary Lou was a graduate of Homer City Schools and worked for Trinity School District as a Special Education Teacher’s Aide. She loved gardening, especially flowers and animals, for which she was an activist. She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and her dog, Macy. On July 19, 1975, she married John “Jack” McNansky, who survives. They were married for 42 years. Also surviving are two daughter, Tricia Ball of Bentleyville and Stefanie McNansky of Chicago, IL; a brother, Robert (Janice) Kozletsky of Homer City; two sisters, Cecilia (Kenneth) Varner and Lucy Loughman of Washington; two grandchildren, Rylie Ball and Jocelyn Ball. Deceased are a brother, John Kozletsky Jr.; three sisters, Rose Marie, Barbara Ann and Stella Ann Kozletsky. All services were private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington. Burial was at Washington Cemetery.
