David Lawrence Heffner

David Lawrence Heffner, 46 of Washington, died Monday, January 20, 2017 at home. He was born June 23, 1970 in E. Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Andrew Harlow Heffner and Charlotte Piwinski Heffner. David loved his fish and fish tank and western movies. Surviving are two brothers, Raymond and Robert Heffner. Friends will be received Friday, February 24, 2017 from 11 to 1 p.m. the time of service at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington with Rev. Louise Corbett officiating.
