Robert Reese Kinnan, 87, of Washington, died on Friday, February 17, 2017, in the Washington Hospital. His health had been declining for several months.
He was born on December 7, 1929, in Washington, a son of the late James A. and Almeda Grimm Kinnan.
After attending Washington High School, he worked at Hazel Atlas, Jewel Tea Company, as a janitor in the Trinity School District, in the Patten and Log Pile Schools, and at the Blind Association.
On January 20, 1956, he married Betty Jean Riblett, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Rebecca (Barry) Cook, of West Palm, FL, and his twin brother, William F. (June) Kinnan, of Marion, IN.
Deceased are a sister, Lois Kildow, and a brother, Jim Kinnan.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m., and on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA 15301, with Rev. Dr. Thomas Kinnan, and Rev. William F. Kinnan, Jr., co-officiating.
Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
