Melissa Ann Moeller

Melissa Ann Moeller, 27 of Washington, lost her battle with addiction, Monday, February 13, 2017. She was born March 25, 1989, in Washington, the daughter of Rhonda Phillips (Robert Brownlee) DiBello of Washington and the late James Steuernagel. Melissa was a graduate of Trinity High School and worked as a hairdresser assistant. She loved to cook, read, crochet and spend time with her family. In November of 2012 she married Clifford Arthur Moeller III, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Preston Michael Robison of Washington; a sister, Carlie Steuernagel of Washington; a niece, Miyah Nichole Lloyd; a nephew, Karter Steurnagel and several aunts and uncles. Friends will be received Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating.
