Betty Ann Corbin, 87 of Washington, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at UPMC East.
She was born April 25, 1929 in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of the late Harold Kirk and Ann Kirk.
Betty was a graduate of Wheeling High School and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Jefferson Ave United Methodist Church, Lady Rebecca Lodge. She also volunteered at the Washington City Mission, the Washington Hospital and the Washington Christian Outreach.
On March 24, 1951, she married Charles R. “Bud” Corbin who died June 8, 2014.
Surviving are a son, Danny Corbin; a daughter, Susan (William Jr.) Hogan; three grandchildren, William C. Hogan, Christopher (Meredith) Hogan and Christie Hogan; two great grandchildren, Landon Hogan and Beckett Hogan.
Deceased are a daughter Cheryl Corbin; sister, Dolores Nickerson; her stepfather, Robert Bowman.
Friends will be received Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
