Billy Seibert

  William David Rager “Billy” Seibert, 24, of Washington, died Saturday, January 21, 2017.   He was born June 27, 1992, in Washington, a son of Lisa and Joseph Behanna Jr. and Dale W. Seibert, Sr., all of Washington.   Mr. Seibert graduated from Trinity High School in 2010 and from Western Area Career and Technology Center, where he earned a certified nursing assistant degree.   He worked as a certified nursing assistant at Presbyterian Senior Care.   Mr. Seibert was passionate about caring for the elderly and spending time with his family, especially his grandmother Mary.  He enjoyed music and gaming.   Mr. Seibert attended the Ladbroke Chapel and Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.   Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two brothers, Dale W. (Cherie) Seibert, Jr., of Claysville and Dalen James Seibert of Washington; a sister, Laci Jean Seibert of Washington; grandmothers, Mary L. Rager and Gloria Jean Patterson; uncles, Dean Stoner, Clint (Dawn) Stoner, David Seibert and Christopher John Patterson; nephew, Joseph Dale Seibert; nieces, Kira Mae Powell and Faith Marie Seibert; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.   Deceased are a sister, Jeannie Lee Seibert; and grandfathers, Dale E. Rager and Joseph E. Behanna, Sr.   Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m., the time of service, on Friday, January 27th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
