Elaine Winfield Levers, age 69, of Fortville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at IU Health Saxony. She was born on December 23, 1946 in Sheffield, England as the daughter of Albert and Evelyn (Barlow) Winfield. She graduated from Trinity High School in Washington, PA in 1962. Elaine married Harry O. Levers, Sr. on January 14, 1967, in Washington, PA. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pendleton, IN. Elaine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Elaine is survived by her husband, Harry O. Levers of Fortville; children, Jennifer Lynn Levers of Washington, PA, Harry O. (Dawn) Levers, Jr. of Clarkston, MI, James A. (Kimberly) Levers of McLeansville, NC and Amanda S. (Jason) Resler of Pendleton, IN; 15 grandchildren, Abbe, Payton, Olivia, Taylor, Zachary, Cameron, Haley, Ian, Madison, Jenna, Grant, Hannah, Noelle, Owen and Mason; and one great-grandson, Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Evelyn Winfield; grandson, Pierce Resler; sisters, June Redlinger and Merle Sargent; and brother, Roy Winfield. A graveside service will take place on Monday, December 12, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. at Washington Cemetery. All attending should meet at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
