Isabel Marie Costello Phillips

Isabel Marie Costello Phillips, 94 of Washington, died Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Hawthorne Woods. She was born July 28, 1922 in Oakmont, the daughter of the late Domenic Costello and Angeline Ferralli Costello. Isabel graduated from Trinity High School in 1941 and was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. She was married to Harlin E. Phillips, who died September 23, 1997. Surviving are numerous family members. Deceased is a sister, Rose Shanks. A blessing service will be held Monday, December 5, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, with Father George Chortos officiating. Burial will be held Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
