David Edward Roe

David Edward Roe, 54 of Washington, died unexpectedly, Thursday, October 20, 2016. He was born March 26, 1962 in Washington, the son of the late Frederick W. Roe and Iris Patterson Roe. David was a graduate of Trinity High School and worked at Allegheny Ludlum Washington Plate for 23 years as an expeditor. He was a devoted father, husband and friend. He was a proud union member, a Steeler fan and loved watching his children’s sporting events, his dogs, working outside and helping others. In November of 2006 he married Toni Mazon who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Jesse, Patrick and Alex “Big Al”, all of Washington; a daughter, Emily of Washington; a brother, Frederick W. (Kim) Roe Jr. of Spraggs; two sisters, Brenda (Jeffrey) Barney of Eighty-Four and Judy (Doug “Sam”) Allen of Washington; mother in law, Kathy Sanders; sister in law, Heather West; brother in law, Mark (Ralph) Mazon. Friends will be received Monday, October 24, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
