James “Jim” W. Nutter Jr., 70 of Washington, died Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at UPMC, Presbyterian Hospital.
He was born September 4, 1946 in Washington, the son of the late James Walter Nutter Sr. and Mary Jane McCauley Nutter.
James worked construction for Atlas Services.
He loved animals and rescued many. He was a loving kind person, who loved spoiling his grandkids. James also was a former drag racer in Arizona.
Surviving are his companion, Mildred Amos with whom he shared his home for nearly 37 years; a son, John Bailey of Heidelburg; two daughters, Elizabeth “Lisa” (James) Klaus of Bentleyville and Michelle Bailey of Charleroi; a sister, Darl Ann Randolph of Washington; grandchildren, Emily Berry of Bentleyville, Desiree (Jaydee Shaw) Bailey of Heidelburg, Chelsea and Timmy Marburger of Butler Co, Stephanie Conklin of NM, Tiffany Blatz of Monongahela,Douglas Louk Jr. of NM; great grandchildren, Carlee and Brady; several nieces and nephews and his dog Meko.
Deceased are a brother Michael W. Nutter.
