Nancy Frankland Kramer, 83, of Washington, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care.
She was born October 15, 1932, a daughter of James and Margaret Moore Frankland of Mather.
Nancy spent most of her life in Mather where she was a manager for Hamilton Supply Company.
She was a member of Jefferson Methodist Church for over 50 years, the Emerald Chapter of Waynesburg, Rainbow Girls where she was a Past Matron, the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, the Town and Country Garden Club of Rices Landing, and a 52-year member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She served as a Morgan Township auditor for several years.
Nancy enjoyed traveling and spending winters in Florida, where she taught crafts and was activities director for Green Acres Resort. After moving to Eustis, Florida, she worked in the Hospitality House.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Deceased are her first husband, Lawrence “Larry” Kramer, who died October 10, 1975.
She and her second husband, Fred Williams, had 25 years together before his passing on November 3, 2007.
Also deceased are three brothers, Ralph Courtley, Jack Courtley and Jimmy Frankland.
Surviving are 10 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews. She also leaves behind her cat, Bingo.
At the request of the deceased, no public services will be held. Private burial will be held in Greene County Memorial Park.
