Linda Mae Blystone

Linda Mae Post Blystone, 67 of Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at home. She was born April 9, 1949 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Arthur W. Post and Geraldine Smiley Post. She was a 1967 graduate of Waynesburg High School and worked at Jefferson Ave Foodland Bakery Department for 10 years and then K-Mart in McMurray from 1999 to 2012, when she retired. Linda was a member of Waynesburg First Presbyterian Church. She loved her cats, especially “Lightning” and enjoyed game shows on television. On September 8, 1979 she married, Frank E. Blystone of Washington, who survives. Also surviving is a son, Eric-Todd Blystone of Canonsburg. Friends will be received Friday, August 19, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.
