“J.R.” Jeffrey Raymond Eidens, Jr., Loved spending time with his family and hanging out with his children “J.R.” Jeffrey Raymond Eidens, Jr., 27, of Washington, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 22, 2016, in his home. He was born on October 23, 1988, in Pittsburgh, a son of Julie Ann Shuba Eidens, of Washington, and the late Jeffrey R. Eidens, Sr. A 2007 graduate of Trinity High School, he also graduated from Washington Area Career and Technology Center. Mr. Eidens was employed by Zediker Masonry and Concrete. He was a member of Golden Bridge, 4-H, Silver Saddles, and West Virginia International Barrel Racing Association. J.R. loved spending time with his family, hanging out with his children, and riding horses. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his fiancée, Shanon Brock, of Washington; a son, Jace Ryan Eidens, and two daughters, Whitney Ann and Elizabeth Lee Eidens, all living at home; a stepdaughter, Claudya Mae; a brother, Zachary W. Eidens, of Washington; paternal grandmother, Jacquelyn Eidens, of Ohio; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his dog Lefty, who was his best friend. Deceased are his maternal grandparents, John Shuba, Jr. and Margaret Shuba, and his paternal grandfather, Robert R. Eidens. Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA 15301, from 2 to 6:00 p.m., the time of services, with Pastor Joe DiDonato officiating.
