On Sunday, July 17, 2016, Dale K. Caldwell, 52, of Washington, earned his wings. His heart was tired.
He was born April 5, 1964, in Washington, to the late Fay Richmond Caldwell and George Caldwell.
Mr. Caldwell had five wonderful children whom he loved as best he could. They have the very best of their father in them.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Dakota Caldwell, Naomi Caldwell, Michaela Caldwell (Duane Conklin), Chase Caldwell and Treasure Caldwell, all of Washington; three beautiful grandchildren, Giovanna Ellis, Aidn Caldwell and Meadow Conklin; the mother of his children, Suzanne Dugan; three sisters, Delores Waggett (Ron), Gail Caldwell, and Linda Levers; a brother, George L. Caldwell; former son-in-law, Jason Ellis; former daughter-in-law, Jamee Bush; lifelong friend, Dave Foster; and friend and former spouse, Janet Chadwick.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 till 6 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Doug Bush officiating. At the request of the family, burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, who saved Dakota’s life, or to American Heart Association.
