Betty Stites Cook, 90, of Washington, died Sunday, June 5, 2016, in her residence.
She was born December 11, 1925, in Sayreville, New Jersey, a daughter of John R. and Anna Kutcher Conover.
A homemaker, Mrs. Cook loved cooking, playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are three sons, William (Linda) Stites of Arizona, Willis (Carol) Cook, Jr., of Burlington, Iowa; and Richard (Ann) Cook of the state of California; two daughters, Billie Stites (Steve) Bilko of Canonsburg and Cheryl (Albert) Schumacher of Eighty Four; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a special cousin, Alice Metz of Washington.
Deceased are her first husband, William Stites; her second husband, Willis Cook, Sr.; and a brother, John Conover.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m., till 2 p.m., the time of service, on Wednesday, June 8th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
