Robert Reed Bedillion, 82, of Washington, went home to heaven on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. He was born May 21, 1933, in Lone Pine, a son of the late Cam N. Bedillion and Mabel Peterson Bedillion. Surviving are his beloved wife of 62 years, Theresia “Carol” Havelka Bedillion, whom he married in May 1954; twin sons, Robert and Richard (Lisa) Bedillion; grandson, Connor Reed Bedillion; sisters, Bev Lutz of Ohio and Dale Taggart of Arizona; a brother, Jack Bedillion (Marilyn) of Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a brother, Richard N. Bedillion. Mr. Bedillion worked for 33 years at RCA – Meadowlands, where he was a union leader. He retired in 2002 from the maintenance department of Central Greene School District. Mr. Bedillion and his twin sons were inducted in to Washington Masonic Lodge 164 on February 11, 1991, the only father and twins sons to do so at the same time. He was always willing to lend his repair skill to anyone at anytime, even during his cherished vacations in Myrtle Beach. Mr. Bedillion loved dancing with Carol, listening to country music, and watching Connor play baseball. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 30th, with Rev. Thomas Bellhy officiating. Entombment will follow in Washington Cemetery. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
