William Kenneth Foflygen, 72, of Washington, died on Friday, April 8, 2016, in the Canonsburg Hospital.
He was born on February 8, 1944, in Washington, a son of Priscilla (Russell) Chuey, of Scenery Hill, and the late William Kenneth Foflygen, Sr.
A graduate of Bentleyville High School, he was a member of Lone Pine Christian Church.
Mr. Foflygen was retired from the Observer Publishing Company, where he had worked as a printer.
On July 17, 1965, he married Elizabeth Neilson, his wife of fifty years, who died on November 3, 2015.
Surviving are a son, William K. (Traci) Foflygen, III, of Brave, PA; three sisters, Elaine (Edward) Fulgraf, of Claysville, Louise (Robin) Daniels, of Sugar Creek, OH, and Marie (Michael) Moody, of Tennessee; and two grandchildren, Joy Elizabeth (Michael) Vinson, of Ohio, and Michael Craig Foflygen, of Brave, PA.
Friends will be received on Friday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2016, with Pastor John Owen officiating.
Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
