Nancy Jean Phillips

Nancy Jean Phillips, 71 of Washington, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Washington Hospital. She was born February 21, 1945 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Joseph Russell and Helen Russell. Nancy was a homemaker and loved reading, pets, cooking and family. She was married to Teddy Phillips, who died November 1, 1992. Surviving are four sons, Ted (Debbie) Phillips of Monongahela, Craig (Myrna) Phillips of South Franklin, Scott Phillips of Washington, Tim Phillips of New Hampshire; two daughters, Sue (Jim) Horne of Washington and Tracy McCracken of Washington; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Mark Andrew Phillips; three brothers, Tom, Joe and Jack; a sister, Helen (Sis) Curtis. At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
