Caroline Forgas, 93 of Washington, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the Washington County Health Center. She was born November 4, 1922 in Marianna, the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Tomassini Beverina. Caroline attended Immaculate Conception High School and worked as a product tester at RCA for 35 years. She was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church. Caroline enjoyed reading, cooking, baking and loved children and her family. On November 20, 1948, she married Michael Forgas, who died April 30, 1979. Surviving are a son Michael (Lisa) Forgas of Bridgeville; a daughter, Colleen (Gary) Craig of Washington; three grandchildren, Michael, Ethan and Isabella Forgas; a step grandchild, Casey Craig. Deceased are four brothers, Henry, Carl J., Julius C. and Dominic Beverina; four sisters, Ennes B. Borkowski, Ida Nichols, Theresa Witchoski and Mary Beverina. Friends will be received Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum.
