Kathy Louise Pettit

Kathy Louise Eastham Pettit, 61, of Washington, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 18, 2016. She was born April 18, 1954, in Washington, a daughter of the late John Eastham and Shirley Crawford Eastham. Mrs. Pettit was a 1972 graduate of McGuffey High School. She worked as a laborer at the Pennsylvania Transformer for 10 years. Mrs. Pettit was a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church. In addition, she was a member of Ladies of the Moose and the Ladies of the Moose dart ball team. She was a fan of the Steelers and Pirates and loved to play bingo. On February 19, 1972, she married Carl “Arch” Pettit, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Carl (Teresa) Pettit Jr. of Prosperity and Joel (Stephanie) Pettit of Washington; one daughter, Christina (Carl) Noel of Claysville; a sister, Joyce (Tom) McConn of West Alexander; and eight grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, John and Harry Eastham. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of service, on Sunday, February 21st, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 331 South Main Street, Washington PA 15301.
