Patricia Jane Porter

Patricia Jane Porter, 92, of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016, in Washington County Health Center. She was born September 2, 1923, in Washington, a daughter of the late Daniel Kervin and Anna Barger Kervin. Mrs. Porter graduated from Immaculate Conception High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. On November 19, 1949, she married Donald Edward Porter, who died April 14, 1994. Surviving are two sons, Edward (Mary) Porter of Gibsonia and Gregory (Jamie) Porter of Washington; a daughter, Coleen M. (Martin) Mehlmauer of Houston; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Porter, Patricia Porter, Aaron Mehlmauer and Daniel Porter; and a great grandchild, Dylan Porter. Deceased are a daughter, Carol Culp; four brothers, James, George, Ed and John Kervin; and two sisters, Mary Rusbasan and Delores Konicki. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 20th, in Immaculate Conception Church, with Father Don Chortos as celebrant. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
