Lila Beatrice Arnal

Lila Beatrice Pirrung Arnal, 83, of Washington, died Thursday, January 28, 2016, in Transitions Health Care, Washington. She was born January 24, 1933, in Homestead, a daughter of the late George and Alberta Stockmaster Pirrung. A graduate of Trinity High School, Mrs. Arnal worked at Brockway Glass until its closing, then worked in the bakery at Giant Eagle for 10 years. She was Catholic by faith and enjoyed watching old movies, reading, and spending time with family. On October 30, 1975, she married William Arnal, who survives. Also surviving are a son, John (Patty) Atkinson of Washington; a daughter, Janet Atkinson of Charleroi; five grandchildren, Beth and David Harton, Holly Atkinson, Curtis McCorkle and Frank Molinaro III; and two great-grandchildren, Colton and Amani. Deceased are a daughter, Elizabeth McCorkle, and a sister, Rosemary Pirrung. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. There will be no public service. Private burial will be held in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
