Michele Cumer Wieser

Michele Cumer Wieser, 53, of Washington, died Monday, January 25, 2016, in the Washington Hospital. She was born December 12, 1962, in Washington, a daughter of John Cumer of Washington and Edna Kiger Brafchak of Amity. Mrs. Wieser graduated from McGuffey High School and worked as a realtor for Howard Hanna. She was Lutheran by faith. On March 20, 1982, she married Richard “Rick” Wieser, who died March 7, 2007. Surviving are a son, Vincent Wieser of Minnesota; a daughter, Amanda (Matthew) Mayger of Greensburg; a brother, Michael Cumer of Washington; and a sister, Nancy Hubley of Claysville. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, January 30th, in Friendship Community Church, with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating. Private burial will be held in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date. In lieu of flowers and food, memorial donations may be made to Amanda Mayger, P.O. Box 602, Washington, PA 15301.
