Ricky Allan Edgar, Sr.

Ricky Allan Edgar, Sr., 57, of Amity, died on Thursday, January 21, 2016, in the Donnell House. He was born on October 2, 1958, in Washington, a son of Rose Rogozinski Edgar, and the late Kenneth Edgar. Ricky had worked as a machine operator. Mr. Edgar was a member of the Ellsworth Sportsman’s Club, and Marianna Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and chicken farming, and loved his dog, Dixie. Surviving are two sons, Ricky Edgar, Jr., and his companion, Victoria, of Washington and Travis Edgar, of Canonsburg; a daughter, Tara (Jesse) Wilde, of Culpepper, VA; three brothers, Ken Edgar, and his companion Linda, of Washington, John (Emily) Edgar, of Fredericktown, and Marty Edgar, and his companion, Cindy, of South Carolina; two sisters, Barbara (Ozzy) Tarr, of Blainsburg, and Crystal (Mike) Randolph, of Rices Landing; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 25, 2016. Burial will follow in North Ten Mile Cemetery.
