Joyce J. Weber

Joyce J. Weber, 82, of Washington, died on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, in her home. She was born on September 28, 1933, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Allen Thomas and Ruth Irene Ringer Houston. A graduate of Butler High School, Joyce worked as a LPN at Canonsburg General Hospital for fifteen and a half years. Mrs. Weber was a member of the Edwin Scott Linton Post 175 of the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Washington Elks Club. In 1954, she married William Hampton, who survives. In 1977, she married Frank Weber, who died in 1997. Surviving are two sons, Dale William (Cindy) Hampton, of Washington, and David Wayne (Kathy) Hampton, of Claysville; two daughters, Sharon Hampton Bagnell, of Monongahela, and Susan Eileen (Glen) Clutter, of Amity; seven step children; a sister June Elaine Sweeney, of Massillon, OH; five grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Deceased is a son-in-law, James Bagnell. At the request of the deceased, services are private.
