Rose Mary Loker, 83, of Washington, formerly of Sebring, FL, died on Sunday, December 27, 2015, in Transitions Healthcare.
She was born on July 30, 1932, in Titusville, PA, a daughter of the late Emmett F., and Samantha Smith Kelly.
A graduate of Titusville High School, she was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church.
Mrs. Loker was a homemaker.
She had been a member of the VFW auxiliary in Sebring, Fl, former member of the Red Hat Society, and volunteered at Thomas Campbell Christian Living Center.
Rose Mary loved spending time with her family and helping people, and enjoyed bingo and baking.
On January 23, 1954, she married James Ardra Loker, who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Cheri (Dave) Banfield, of Washington, Carol (Michael) Webb, of Somerset, PA, Christine Talbert, of Washington, and Sheila (Pete) Miller, of Orlando, FL; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert and John Kelly, and a sister, Margaret Weaver.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015.
