Anthony Josiah Holmes

Anthony Josiah Holmes, 14 months, of Washington, died unexpectedly on Christmas morning. He was born on October 15, 2014, in Washington, a son of Michael Anthony and Rochelle Katherine Flanagan Holmes. Surviving, are two half-brothers, Leroy Flanagan, and Michael A. Holmes, Jr., both of Washington; two half sisters, Nevaeh Lyn Holmes, and Emily Moore, both of Washington; paternal grandparents, Richard and Sandy Fuller Pitzarella, of Washington, two aunts and two uncles, including Sarah Jenkins and John Holmes, and several cousins. Deceased are his maternal grandparents, Leroy Albert and Ann Marie Flanagan. Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, from 12 to 2 p.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes., Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
