James Robert Haley, 72, of Washington, died Monday December 21, 2015, in the Washington Hospital
He was born September 28, 1943, in Plattsburgh, New York, a son of the late James and Naoma Nadeau Haley.
Mr. Haley was a construction worker and member of Labor Unions #1058 and #373.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
On July 6, 1974, he married Julia M. Sciulli, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Keith Haley of Burgettstown; a daughter, Dawn Harris (John “Andy”) of Clayton, North Carolina; one brother, Barry Haley of Plattsburgh; and three grandchildren, Trent Harris, Travis Harris and Kassidy Haley.
Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m., Monday, December 28th in Immaculate Conception Church, Washington. Burial will follow in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville. Military rites will be accorded graveside by American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175.
