Arvella Pauline Prigg

Arvella Pauline Prigg, 87, of Lakeville, Massachusetts, died December 15, 2015, in Island Terrace Nursing Home, Lakeville. She was born October 12, 1928, in East Liverpool, Ohio, a daughter of the late Freddrick Ankrom and Mary Stephens Ankrom. A graduate of Trinity High School, she worked at Brockway Glass for 30 years. Mrs. Prigg enjoyed reading, bingo, shopping and spending time with family. While living in Washington, she attended Church of the Covenant. Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Gauthier (Alfred) of East Freetown, Mass.; three brothers, Fred Ankrom (Mary) of West Finley, Edward Ankrom of Salem, Ohio, and Robert Ankrom (Kay) of East Liverpool, Ohio; a sister, Charlotte Miller of East Liverpool, Ohio; and two grandchildren, A.J. Gauthier and Stephen Gauthier. Deceased is a sister, Alice Wright. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., on Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 22nd, with Pastor Ted Cukryzinski officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
