Kenneth Eugene Loughman

Kenneth Eugene Loughman, 63, of Washington, died November 17, 2015, in the Washington Hospital. He was born December 31, 1951, in Uniontown, a son of the late Merle Loughman and Leona Fosbrink Loughman. Mr. Loughman graduated from McGuffey High School and worked as a service person for Trinity Area School District. He loved to ride Harley Davidson motorcycles. On October 12, 1984, he married Lucy Kozletsky, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Nicole Lynn Kobertz (Bryan) of Claysville; brothers, Charles Loughman (Heather) of Washington, Terry “AJ” Loughman (Sandra) of Wheeling and Richard Loughman of Florida; brother-in-law, Robert Kozletsky (Janice) of Homer City; sisters-in-law, Cecilia Varner (Ken) of Independence Township and Mary McNansky (Jack) of Lone Pine; a grandchild, Blake Kobertz; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a daughter, Dawn Loughman, and a sister, Betty Lou Prevette. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 20th, with Rev. Bryan D. Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
