Lotus Plants

Lotus Rolene Doman Plants, 70, of Blaine Township, died Monday, November 9, 2015, in her home. She was born May 20, 1945, in Washington, a daughter of the late George Doman and Gertrude Filby Doman. Mrs. Plants graduated from McGuffey High School and worked as a personal caregiver. She was Protestant by faith. In 1964, she married Rudy Plants, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Rodney Plants of West Alexander, Ricky Plants of East Finley and Randy Plants of Claysville; a daughter, Rolene “Sissy” Clayton of West Alexander; a brother, Duane Doman; four sisters, Susie, Jackie, Sharon and Marlene; and several grandchildren. Deceased are an infant son, Ronnie; an infant daughter, Tina; and several brothers and sisters. Friends will be received Saturday, November 14th, from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor William Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, East Finley Township.
