Angeline Myers, 81, of Washington, died Thursday, October 29, 2015, in her home. She fought her illness for four months and passed away peacefully to be with Richard.
She was born May 9, 1934, in Washington, a daughter of John Mancuso and Bella Locust Mancuso.
A homemaker, Mrs. Myers was a devoted and loving wife and mother.
She enjoyed decorating and floral arranging; her home was her showpiece.
She will be greatly missed by her trusty companion, Girly the Cat.
Surviving are two sons, Mark A. Myers of Washington and Shawn R. Myers (Michelle) of Houston; a daughter, Pamela Myers of North Carolina; two brothers, Frank and Albert Mancuso; a sister, Evelyn Pirazzo; a grandchild, Nathan Myers; and a great-grandchild, Riliegh Myers.
Deceased are a grandchild, Brandon Myers; a sister, Grace Almo; a brother, Leonard “Shorty” Mancuso; and her former husband, Richard Myers.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a Blessing Service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, November 2nd, with Father Thomas O’Neil officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home in order to help with funeral costs.
