Anthony Dan Dalesio, 69 of Washington, died Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Donnell House.
He was born April 29, 1946 in Washington the son of the late Anthony Rudolph Dalesio of Osterburg, PA and Lillian Ruth Schrockman. Dalesio.
Anthony was veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Vietnam War, as Naval Aircraft Mechanic, receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Vietnam Service Medal.
Deeply religious, he was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, where he was an usher at the church for several years. He was a bird watcher.
Surviving are a sister Diane (Joe) Kucic of Aurora, IL; a stepmother, Dorie Dalesio of Osterburg, PA.
Friends will be received Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 1 to 4 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Monday, October 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church with Father William Feeney as celebrant. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
