Suzanna C. Armstrong

Suzanna Carol Armstrong, 67, of West Alexander, died Thursday, October 15, 2015, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 19, 1948, in Washington, a daughter of the late William Bissett and Gwendolyn Kinney Bissett. Ms. Armstrong graduated from McGuffey High School and worked as a retail sales clerk. She had a great sense of humor, loved to read, and loved animals. Surviving are her long-time companion, Richard “Doc” Whipkey; a niece, Lisa Culbertson; and a great-niece, Cecelia Cage. Deceased is a sister, Bylle G. Culbertson. At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation or service.
