Charlotte Frances Kelley

Charlotte Kelley, 68, of Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 19, 2015. She was born July 29, 1947, in Westland, a daughter of the late Michael and Alice Pastovich. Ms. Kelley was a 1965 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School. She retired from RCA, after 18 years of service, and then from IGS in 2013. Ms. Kelley enjoyed bingo, shopping, socializing and spending time with her family. She was Presbyterian. Surviving are her companion, Wil Fisher of Washington; a brother, Gordon Pastovich, of Canonsburg; a sister, Rose Moore of Washington; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are two brothers and a sister. Her dogs she loved dearly have passed away. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Home, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015, with Rev. Jason Hefner officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Springs Cemetery, Chartiers Township. The world will be a lonelier place without Ms. Kelley, as she'll be missed by all who knew her.
