William J. Moore, 85 died unexpectedly, Monday, July 13, 2015 at home.
He was born March 13,1930 in Lone Pine, the son of the late William J. Moore and Dorothy Bell Moore.
He worked at Brockway Glass for 18 years and Rolling Green Golf Course for 20 years.
He was a member of Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church and enjoyed camping fishing and time with friends.
On April 21, 1981, he married Norma J. Morrison, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Darlene (Daniel) Wright of Washington, Karen (Scott) Graffius of Montgomery, AL; seven grandchildren, Tonya Huey, Chad Wilson, Aaron Graffius, Ashlee Ware, Josh Wright, Michael Fogle and Rachel Coviela; six great grandchildren, Alexa and Devan Wilson, Ryan Huey, Jarrett and Westin Ware and Breeze McGee; several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a daughter, Barbara Fogle; a grandson, Adam Fogle; two brothers, Donald and Clayton Moore; a sister, Lorraine Talbot.
Friends will be received Thursday, July 16, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington. Additional visitation will be held Friday, July 17, 2015 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Dykstra officiating. Burial be held at a later date.
