Virginia Emma Naser, 93, of Washington, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, in Washington County Health Center.
She was born March 31, 1922, in Washington, a daughter of Homer and Irene Redlinger Naser.
A 1940 graduate of Washington High School, Miss Naser worked as a secretary for White Haines Optical and as a secretary in the athletic department at Washington High School.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church and a 50-year member of Beta Sigma Phi service sorority.
Miss Naser was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling.
Surviving are a niece, Carol (William) Boardley of Washington; two nephews, John (Michaeline) Naser of Bridgeville and James (Lori) Naser of Washington; great niece and nephews, Amy Watson, Brad Naser, Matthew Boardley, Zachary Naser and Justin Naser.
Deceased are a brother and sister-in-law, Homer Albert Naser and Dorothy Naser; and an aunt, Eleanora Redlinger.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, June 25th, in Washington Cemetery, with Rev. Dr. Kenneth Schott officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are to meet at the main entrance of the cemetery.
