Thomas Wylie Johnson, 93 of Amwell Township, died Thursday, June 18, 2015 in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care.
He was born May 19, 1922, in Amity, a son of the late Jason B. and Ola M. Richmond Johnson.
He was a member of Amity United Methodist Church, and recently attended Washington Alliance Church
Thomas was employed at Andy Brothers for 27 years, and was a bus driver for GG & C for 20 years. He enjoyed working on the farm and repairing farm equipment.
On January 3, 1959, he married Millicent Grice, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, James A. (Kathy) Johnson, of Washington; two daughters, Sheri Scears, of Washington, Susan (Terry) Gray, of Puslinch, Ontario, Canada; a brother, Charles Johnson, of Washington; seven grandchildren, Jason Scears, Jocelyn Scears, Annet Gray, Miriam Gray, Liana Gray, Hunter Johnson and Luke Johnson.
Deceased are two sisters, Arlene Moninger and Shirley Irey; a son-in-law, Chuck Scears.
At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation. All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
