Sherry Wright Cardamone

Sherry Lee Wright Cardamone, 54, of Washington, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 5, 2015, in her home. She was born December 15, 1960, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Charlie Wright, Sr., of Claysville and the late Mary Phillips Wright. Mrs. Cardamone graduated from McGuffey High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Roadside Chapel, Claysville, and an assistant den mother for Cub Scout Pack 1035. On April 28, 1990, she married Joseph Cardamone, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Craig Wright (Melissa) of Washington; a daughter, Mary Theresa Crowley (Josh) Of Parkersburg, West Virginia; her stepmother, Romaine Wright; two brothers, Charlie Wright, Jr. of Washington and Dan Wright (Penny) of Claysville; two sisters, Debbie Keenan (John) of Claysville and Tammy Bethel (Arlan) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; two stepbrothers, Rick Livingood (Becky) of Claysville and Dane Livingood (Janel) of Prosperity; two stepsisters, Donna McCartney and Beth Noel, both of Washington; and three grandchildren; Christian, Taylor and Isaac. Deceased are a stepbrother, Mark Livingood, and a stepsister, Susan Bova. Friends will be received Monday from 2 till 8 p.m., in Roadside Chapel, 37 Chapel Hill Road, Claysville, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 9th, with Rev. Craig Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
