Maximus Keith Harps died on the day of his birth, Saturday, April 18, 2015, in the Washington Hospital. Surviving are his parents, Christopher Lee Harps and Brittany Marie Miller of Washington; two brothers, Christopher and Brendan Harps; maternal grandparents, Robert and Jodi Miller, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Sherry Harps and June Cooper; aunts and uncles, Andrea and Justin Eckert, Heather and Bill Carpenter, Robert Miller, Jr., and Shannon King; and many cousins. He will be forever missed and loved by his family. Arrangements are private.
