Ryan Michael Sheppard

Ryan Michael Sheppard, 30, of Washington, died Sunday, April 5, 2015. He was born September 23, 1984, in Washington, a son of John and Donna Edwards Sheppard, of Washington. Mr. Sheppard was a graduate of Trinity High School and worked as a union ironworker. He was an avid golfer, skateboarder and snowboarder, and liked fishing and tinkering with car stereos. On July 21, 2007, he married Kristina Lynn John, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Brody Ryan Sheppard and Gavin John-Robert Sheppard; a brother, Robert Cape, Jr.; three sisters, Jessica (James) Dunn, Christine Sheppard and Lisa Sheppard; his biological mother, Barbara Cape; his biological father, Pat Lowe; his biological grandmother, Ellen Cape; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 10th, with Rev. Mike Matthews officiating.
