Patsy May Rogers

Patsy May Rogers, 61, of West Finley, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township. She was born October 29, 1953, in Greene County, a daughter of the late Ralph Nesselroad and Pearl Beatty Nesselroad. Mrs. Rogers was a 1973 graduate of McGuffey High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Windy Gap Presbyterian Church. On January 9, 1989, she married James R. "Jimmy Jet" Rogers, who died August 27, 1999. Surviving are two brothers, Howard Welling of Springfield, Ill., and Caroll Welling of McConnellsville, Ohio; two sisters, Merle Huff of Leland, N.C., and Mary Jane Shook of West Finely; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Deceased are a sister, Bonnie Nesselroad, and a brother, who died as an infant. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7. Burial will follow in West Finley Cemetery.
