Charles Edward Walker, 71 of Washington, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born October 17, 1943 in Washington the son of the late Eugene and Dorothy McKnight Walker.
Charles was a graduate of Washington High School and was employed at PA Transformer for 25 years.
He was a member of First Christian Church and enjoyed his family, grandchildren and camping when he was younger.
On May 15, 1964 he married Joynettee “Jo” Wise who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Marlene (Scott) Smith of Sewickley, Karen (Jesse) Willard of Claysville; a brother, Bernard “Richard” (Barb) Walker of Amesville, OH; three sisters, Emma J. (Richard) Mirola of Cleveland, OH, Ellen F. Anderson of Washington and Nancy W. Nelson of Washington; five grandchildren, Tiffany, Barri, Kaylene, Abigail and Emma; a great grandchild, Cashden.
Deceased is a son Charles Walker, who died in January 2013.
Friends will be received Friday, January 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. the time of service at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. 925 Allison Ave, Washington. Burial is private.
