David Allen Royer

David Allen Royer, 34, of Claysville, died January 5, 2015. He was born January 7, 1980, in Waynesburg, a son of Charles Royer of Eighty Four and Lillian Werner (William Wood) of Claysville. Mr. Royer attended Beth Center High School and worked at West Tire Co. A member of Mt. Morris Sportsmen’s Club, he enjoyed fishing, camping and riding quads. In addition, he enjoyed history, going to museums and spending time with family. Mr. Royer was Protestant by faith. On August 30, 2014, he married Beth Miller, who survives. Also surviving are his unborn daughter, Lexi Royer, who is to be born this month; a stepson, Logan Miller of Waynesburg; two brothers, Charles Royer (Kristina) of Waynesburg and Jonathan Royer (Linda) of Ellsworth; a sister, Michelle Royer of Bentleyville; his grandmother, Elizabeth Werner of Waynesburg; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, January 8th, in First Baptist Church, 303 West High Street, Waynesburg, with Pastor Robert Mooney officiating.
